Hello!
My passion for massage and bodywork stems from my personal journey with movement as medicine. After earning a degree in Cultural Anthropology and exploring various career paths, I became deeply reliant on practices like yoga, hiking, and weightlifting to manage my own chronic pain and stay in tune with my body. This personal experience, along with a desire to help family members with fibromyalgia, inspired me to pursue massage therapy. After graduating from the Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville, NC, I found immense satisfaction in working with individuals who seek to improve their overall health. I believe massage is a powerful tool in a broader wellness journey, allowing people to connect with their bodies and discover unique healing solutions. My goal is to create personalized plans that address each individual’s needs through massage and education.
When I’m not in the massage world, you can find me training at the gym, hanging out with my dog, Winston, or making dinner with friends. I am passionate about staying curious, creative and explorative.
